Es decir, se constata si tiene actualmente vigencia la teor\u00eda del ius puniendi del estado. Se hace un an\u00e1lisis de las caracter\u00edsticas de los diferentes sistemas sancionadores y se proponen t\u00e9cnicas para que desde le punto de vista del ejercicio sancionador, se facilite la labor del operador jur\u00eddico en la escogencia de la v\u00eda m\u00e1s adecuada para la protecci\u00f3n de bienes jur\u00eddicos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
