A trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis in silico, considerando las ests de semilla inmadura depositadas en las bases de datos en una primera etapa y aquellos genes cuya expresi\u00f3n era elevada en semilla utilizando el programa meta analyzer de genevestigator en una segunda, se lograaron identificar 49 genes cuya expresi\u00f3n es especifica de semilla inmadura, resultados que fueron confirmados por rt-pcr e hibridaci\u00f3n in situ. al compararestos 49 genes con el genoma completo de arabidopsis, se encontraron diferencias estad\u00edsticas significativas para las categor\u00edas funcionales de reserva de nutrientes, metabolismo de carbohidratos, respuesta a estr\u00e9s y tr\u00e1fico subcelular y transporte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
