Los resultados flor\u00edsticos obtenidos han quedado resumidos en el cat\u00e1logo de los bri\u00f3ftos epifitos, constituido por un total de 93 taxones pertenecientes a 22 familias. en este cat\u00e1logo se han incluido datos referentes a la afinidad de los diferentes taxones por el h\u00e1bitat estudiado, su ecolog\u00eda y su distribuci\u00f3n conocida en marruecos. Los taxones m\u00e1s abundantes y m\u00e1s frecuentemente encontrados fructificados son los epifitos habituales, que constituyen el 32% del total. Los taxones indiferentes y cortico-sax\u00edcolas, que constituyen respectivamente el 9% y el 19% del total en ocasiones son tambi\u00e9n abundantes y est\u00e1n ampliamente distribuidos por todas las cadenas monta\u00f1osas, aunque en general son menos frecentes. Los taxones preferentemente no cortic\u00edcolas, que constituyen el 39% del total, suelen ser raros en el estrato epifitos y hallarse restringidos a los estratos basales de los \u00e1rboles.  este estudio ha contribuido al conocimiento de la brioflora del territorio estudiado con 13 primeras citas para el norte de \u00e1frica y 6 primeras citas para marruecos, adem\u00e1s de aportar numerosas novedades regionales (7 para el rif, 7 para el medio atlas, 13 para el alto atlas y 3 para el antiatlas). adem\u00e1s, algunas de las localidades prospectadas son localidades tipo o suponen la extensi\u00f3n a marruecos del \u00e1rea de dstribuci\u00f3n de taxones recientemente propuestos para la ciencia, como es el caso de orthotrichum speciosum var. brevisetum, o. Tortidontium y zygodon catarinoi.  el an\u00e1lisis de la distribuci\u00f3n de los bri\u00f3fitos epifitos en marruecos ha puesto en evidencia importantes diferencias entre los distintos sistemas monta\u00f1osos estudiados, tanto en lo que se refiere a la tasa de colonizaci\u00f3n del h\u00e1bitat epif\u00edtico como en relaci\u00f3n a la riqueza espec\u00edfica y el n\u00famero de taxones exclusivos.
