El objetivo final es la aplicaci\u00f3n de este an\u00e1lisis a la determinaci\u00f3n de la estereoqu\u00edmica del nuevo compuesto dipept\u00eddico policlorado dysitiazolamida, aislado en nuestro grupo de investigaci\u00f3n de la espnja dysidea sp. la s\u00edntesis de estas estructuras se llev\u00f3 a cabo mediante diferentes estrategias sint\u00e9ticas: alquilaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3fila de derivados de \u00e1cido l-glut\u00e1mico y a\u00c2\u00bfcido l-piroglut\u00e1mico. Esta \u00faltima permite la introducci\u00f3n del grupo metilo en la posici\u00f3n ? De manera diasteroespec\u00edfica a partir del exometileno (2s)-n-(terc-butoxicarbonil)-4-metilenpiroglutamato de terc-butilo por reducci\u00f3n catalitica. Sin embargo la introducci\u00f3n mediante 1,3-inducci\u00f3n asim\u00e9trica del diani\u00f3n del derivado del \u00e1cido l-glut\u00e1mico da lugar a mejores rendimientos. Mediante estas dos estrategias se sintetizaron (2s, 4s)-2-(terc-butoxicarbonil) amino-5-bromo-4-metilpentanoato de terc-butilo y (2s,4s)-2-[bis(terc-butoxicarbonil)amino]-5,5-dicloro-4-metilpentanoato de terc-butilo en este \u00faltimo el grupo gem-dicloruro se introdujo a partir de un aldehido que se transform\u00f3 en una hidrazona intermedia, que se hizo reaccionar con cucl2 y trietilamina. la afinaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3fila de derivados de derivados de carboximidas quirales, que permiti\u00f3 la obtenci\u00f3n de (2s,4r)-2-[bis (terc-butoxicarbonil)amino]-5,5-dicloro-4-metipentanoato de terc-butilo el an\u00e1lisis configuracional fue aplicado adem\u00e1s de a estos compuestos aplicado a las estructuras: (2s,4r) y (2s,4r)-2-[bix(terc-butoxicarbonil)amino]-5-(terc-butildifenilsililoxi)-4 metilpentanoato de terc-butilo, (2s,4s)-n,n-bis (terc-butoxicarbonil)-4-metilglutamato de dimetilo, y
