Los estudios de especiaci\u00f3n requieren un procedimiento anal\u00edtico que abarca: toma, conservaci\u00f3n, tratamiento y an\u00e1lisis de la muestra. Este trabajo se centra en la especiaci\u00f3n de compuestos arseniacales (as (iii), as(v), mma, dma y asb) en muestras alimenticias (m\u00fasculo de pollo) y medioambientales (drenaje \u00e1cido de mina (amd) y materia particulada atmosf\u00e9rica), mediante el acoplamiento hplc-(uv)-hg-afs. este trabajo compara y optimiza distintos procedimientos de extracci\u00f3n de especies de ars\u00e9nico en una muestra de tejido de pollo, basados en el empleo de radiaci\u00f3n de ultrasonidos y microondas. Tambien se ha desarrollado un nuevo m\u00e9todo de conservaci\u00f3n para la especiaci\u00f3n de ars\u00e9nico en muestras de amd de la cuenca del r\u00edo odiel, basado en la acidificaci\u00f3n de las muestras y el empleo in situ de una resina de intercambio cati\u00f3nico. Por \u00faltimo, se ha desarrollado una metodolog\u00eda que permite una extracci\u00f3n cunatitativa de las especies de ars\u00e9nico a partir de muestras de filtro de aire mediante radiaci\u00f3n de
