Es indiscutible su importancia biol\u00f3gica tanto por su papel en la constituci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas y p\u00e9ptidos, por el enorme n\u00famero de actividades biol\u00f3gicas que desempe\u00f1an y como constituyentes de f\u00e1rmacos. De aqu\u00ed surge la necesidad de encontrar nuevas rutas sint\u00e9ticas que nos permitan acceder a estos amino\u00e1cidos de manera sencilla y eficaz.     como objetivos de la presente tesis doctoral se encuentran las s\u00edntesis de nuevos amino\u00e1cidos conformacionalmente restringidos (derivados del \u00e1cido 1,2,3,4-tetrahidro-isoquinolin-3-carbox\u00edlico, tic), diferentes n-fmoc-aril-alaninas y mesitilglicina enantiom\u00e9ricamente puras y beta-hidroxi-alfa-amino\u00e1cidos arom\u00e1ticos y alif\u00e1ticos, con especial inter\u00e9s por el \u00e1cido (2r,3r)-2-amino-3-hidroxi-3-ciclohexil-propanoico, un componente clave en la s\u00edntesis del f\u00e1rmaco anti-inflamamtorio y anti- vih ono-4128.     se ha sintetizado n-fmoc-mestilglicina y se ha comprobado su aplicabilidad en la s\u00edntesis de p\u00e9ptidos incorpor\u00e1ndola a un trip\u00e9ptido. Se han preparado tambi\u00e9n diferentes alanina y beta-hidroxi-alfa-amino\u00e1cidos a partir de dioles enantiom\u00e9ricamente puros.     se ha desarrollado la primera s\u00edntesis asim\u00e9trica de amono\u00e1cidos derivados del tic, mediante reacci\u00f3n de epoxidaci\u00f3n y \u00abring-closing-metathesis\u00bb. Alguno de estos amino\u00e1cidos fueron ensayados como inhibidores de beta-catenina (prote\u00edna involucrada en la tumorg\u00e9nesis de colon), hall\u00e1ndose entre ellos al menos un potencial inhibidor de beta-catenina.     por \u00faltimo, se ha preparado a escala multigramo el \u00e1cido (2r,3r)-2-amino-3-hidroxi-3-ciclohexil-propanoico a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n de un sulfato c\u00edclico en un solo paso, explorando esta novedosa reacci\u00f3n a otros sustratos con buenos resultados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
