{"id":7940,"date":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1995\/01\/01\/determinacion-de-iones-inorganicos-en-tejido-dentario-humano-relacion-con-factores-ambientales-y-laborales\/"},"modified":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"determinacion-de-iones-inorganicos-en-tejido-dentario-humano-relacion-con-factores-ambientales-y-laborales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/determinacion-de-iones-inorganicos-en-tejido-dentario-humano-relacion-con-factores-ambientales-y-laborales\/","title":{"rendered":"Determinacion de iones inorganicos en tejido dentario humano. relacion con factores ambientales y laborales."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda no Cabezudo Aguado <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hemos realizado un analisis cuantitativo de las concentraciones de diez iones inorganicos (ca, p, s, fe, cu, zn, si, al, cd, pb) en tejido dentario de 168 dientes (144 permanentes y 24 temporales) mediante espectroscopia de emision atomica con plasma acoplado inductivamente (aes-icp); haciendo un estudio comparativo de las concentraciones de estos iones inorganicos en funcion del lugar de residencia, profesion, edad, clase y tipo de diente, abrasion y caries dental, principalmente; y secundariamente del sexo, tabaco, alcohol, higiene dental y estado de salud, intentando determinar la influencia de estos factores en el deposito de los iones inorganicos analizados en el tejido dentario. Se ha encontrado que el contenido de pb dental aumenta con la edad. Se ha observado influencia de la profesion sobre los niveles de concentracion de cd, si, ca y p. Ha sido detectada diferencia estadisticamente significativa entre dientes temporales y permanentes respecto a los elementos s, fe, zn, al, cd y pb. Se ha encontrado un mayor deposito de pb y s en dientes abrasionados, y un menor acumulo de al, si y s en dientes con caries respecto a dientes sanos.
