La metodolog\u00eda desarrollada permite calcular la resistencia de arco de la falta producida ademas del punto de ocurrencia de la misma, datos necesarios para la realizacion correcta del mantenimiento, tanto correctivo como predictivo, a realizar en diversos equipos que componen el sistema de potencia: lineas, transformadores, interruptores, protecciones, etc. La extension de la metodolog\u00eda al tratamiento de faltas en lineas dobles sobre los mismos apoyos, teniendo en cuenta la influencia mutua entre circuitos, es una nueva aportacion a la localizacion de faltas en este
