As\u00ed desde una investigaci\u00f3n apoyada en perspectiva cualitativas, y en determinados momentos tambi\u00e9n con el m\u00e9todo cuantitativo, se desarrolla este proyecto en res fases, siguiendo la metodolog\u00eda referida, atraves del entrenamiento con simulaci\u00f3n virtual y esc\u00e9nica dela actividad endosc\u00f3pia digestiva, en los diferentes entornos formativos considerados y sobre seis m\u00e9dicos residentes en formaci\u00f3n endosc\u00f3pica pertenecientes a un hospital docente universitario. El entrenamiento con simulaci\u00f3n permite a los m\u00e9dicos en formaci\u00f3n mejorar; las habilidades manuales en las t\u00e9cnicas, la relaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dico paciente en procesos relacionados con la endoscopia digestiva, la detecci\u00f3n de puntos cr\u00edticos en su formaci\u00f3n y la capacidad diagn\u00f3stico-descriptiva de im\u00e1genes, todo ello a trav\u00e9s de las distintas cuestiones de estudio consideradas en los sucesivos planes de acci\u00f3n dise\u00f1ados. La definici\u00f3n de diferentes indicadores para evaluar las estrategias de formaci\u00f3n implementadas y el entrenamiento realizado, permiten valorar localidad de la formaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica postgraduada impartida en los diferentes estadios formativos del programa mir, y definir un plan de mejora continua de la calidad dela formaci\u00f3n endosc\u00f3pica digestiva basada en la
