{"id":796,"date":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1994\/01\/01\/desarrollo-de-tecnicas-de-deteccion-de-antigeno-en-el-diagnostico-de-infecciones-por-neumococo\/"},"modified":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1994-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"desarrollo-de-tecnicas-de-deteccion-de-antigeno-en-el-diagnostico-de-infecciones-por-neumococo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/desarrollo-de-tecnicas-de-deteccion-de-antigeno-en-el-diagnostico-de-infecciones-por-neumococo\/","title":{"rendered":"Desarrollo de tecnicas de deteccion de antigeno en el diagnostico de infecciones por neumococo"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Mata Rebon Montserrat M. <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha desarrollado una contrainmunoelectroforesis (cie) y un enzimoinmunoanalisis (eia) directo con dos objetivos principales:  1) detectar los 23 antigenos polisacaridos capsulares de streptococcus pneumoniae contenidos en la vacuna de segunda generacion (pnemovax 23) en tampon y en suero y orina de individuos sanos (sensibilidad in vitro); 2) detectar el antigeno polisacarido capsular de neumococo en suero y orina de una serie de pacientes con neumonia adquirida en la comunidad, como tecnicas de diagnostico rapido y alternativo al hemocultivo y cultivo de esputo. El anticuerpo utilizado fue el omniserum del instituto danes de sueros, que contiene anticuerpos frente a los 83 tipos de antigenos polisacaridos capsulares. El empleo combinado de ambas tecnicas ha permitido diagnosticar etiologicamente en la serie de 133 neumonias adquiridas en la comunidad, 23 de origen neumococico, siendo s.
