Las dificultades obvias del trabajo con muestras humanas hacen aconsejable el desarrollo de modelos animales, sobre todo cuando se trata de identificar genes menores de susceptibilidad. El an\u00e1lisis de una amplia colecci\u00f3n de este tipo de linfomas inducidos en cepas susceptibles de rat\u00f3n (c57bl\/6j y balb\/cj) nos ha permitido identificar nuevas alteraciones en varios genes mayores de susceptibilidad, como c-myc, notch y p21 que se sobre-expresan en la practica totalidad de los mismos. Utilizando cepas cons\u00f3micas y cepas recombinantes cong\u00e9nicas, creadas entre una cepa altamente susceptible (c57bl\/6j) y otra altamente resistente (spret o seg\/pas), hemos identificado tambi\u00e9n dos regiones candidatas a contener genes menores de susceptibilidad (algunos de car\u00e1cter modificador) en los cromosomas 16 (tlyr2) y 19 (tlyr1). Los genes que codifican para la dna-pkcs y un ligando del sistema pd-1\/pd-l1 podr\u00edan ser buenos candidatos en estas regiones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
