Estas prote\u00ednas unen el genoma viral de forma cooperativa y sin especificidad de secuencia, formando unos complejos rna-mp, que se asocian al ret\u00edculo endoplasm\u00e1tico (re) para ser transportados a trav\u00e9s del citoesqueleto hacia los plasmodesmos, canales membranosos que interconectan las celulas en plantas. Una vez estos complejos alcanzan los plasmodesmos, el rna es translocado a las c\u00e9lulas adyacentes a trav\u00e9s de un mecanismo todav\u00eda desconocido.  la asociaci\u00f3n de estos complejos rna-mp al re resulta ser esencial para que este transporte celula-a-celula del rna viral tenga lugar. Asi pues, el objetivo central de la presente tesis se ha basado en el estudio y caracterizaci\u00f3n de la asociaci\u00f3n de estas prote\u00ednas con la membrana de este org\u00e1nulo. El virus objeto de estudio ha sido el virus del moteado del clavel, que codifica dos mps, p7, una prote\u00edna soluble capaz de unir el genoma viral y p9, que presenta dos regiones hidrof6bicas susceptibles de interaccionar con las membranas celulares.  en primer lugar, mediante experimentos de transcripci\u00f3n\/traducci\u00f3n in vitro se ha demostrado que p9 es una prote\u00edna integral de membrana que contiene dos fragmentos transmembrana y adopta una orientaci\u00f3n n-\/c-terminal citoplasm\u00e1tica.  en segundo lugar, se ha caracterizado el mecanismo de integraci\u00f3n de p9 en las membranas celulares.  los resultados obtenidos demuestran que la inserci\u00f3n de p9 tiene lugar de forma co-traduccional y es dependiente de srp .Adem\u00e1s, el virus explota la propia maquinaria celular responsable de la integraci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas de membrana celulares. El complejo sec61 y la prote\u00edna tram participan en el proceso de inserci\u00f3n de p9 en la membrana del re.  finalmente, se ha realizado un estudio de los determinantes topol\u00f3gicos de la
