{"id":79702,"date":"2018-03-09T23:25:33","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:25:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/environmental-diagnosis-of-process-plants-by-life-cycle-techniques\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:25:33","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:25:33","slug":"environmental-diagnosis-of-process-plants-by-life-cycle-techniques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-tierra-y-del-espacio\/environmental-diagnosis-of-process-plants-by-life-cycle-techniques\/","title":{"rendered":"Environmental diagnosis of process plants by life cycle techniques"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Yrigoyen Gonz\u00e1lez Hayd\u00e9e Andrea <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de la investigaci\u00f3n es desarrollar una herramienta que relacione aspectos de simulaci\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n ambiental y an\u00e1lisis de sensibilidad. para lo cual se estableci\u00f3 una metodolog\u00eda que consta de cinco niveles: simulaci\u00f3n de proceso, inventario, evaluaci\u00f3n de impactos ambientales, an\u00e1lisis econ\u00f3mico y an\u00e1lisis de sensibilidad.  la metodolog\u00eda describe las variables relacionadas con el proceso, as\u00ed como los impactos asociados a cada una de sus etapas y la viabilidad econ\u00f3mica del proceso, e identifica las etapas de proceso con el mayor impacto ambiental (mediante el an\u00e1lisis de  sensibilidad).  para la simulaci\u00f3n de procesos se emple\u00f3 el simulador aspen hysys(r). El inventario, la evaluaci\u00f3n de impactos y el an\u00e1lisis econ\u00f3mico se lleva a cabo en hojas de c\u00e1lculo de forma autom\u00e1tica.  la obtenci\u00f3n del inventario de efectos ambientales y la evaluaci\u00f3n de los correspondientes impactos se realizan siguiendo la metodolog\u00eda de ciclo de vida, por lo que se consideran las cargas ambientales asociadas a las materias primas, la generaci\u00f3n de  electricidad y utilidades. Para obtener el inventario se construy\u00f3 una base de datos que contiene la informaci\u00f3n ambiental asociada a varios procesos industriales que se relacionan indirectamente al proceso bajo estudio. similarmente, se incluy\u00f3 una base de datos con los factores de caracterizaci\u00f3n de las categor\u00edas de impacto m\u00e1s importantes.  la validaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda y de la herramienta desarrollada se ha llevado a cabo mediante tres procesos industriales: polietileno de baja densidad (ldpe), \u00f3xido de etileno (eo) y biodiesel. Para cada proceso se han evaluado diferentes configuraciones para poder determinar cual de ellas es la mejor opci\u00f3n desde el punto de vista ambiental y econ\u00f3mico.  en el caso del ldpe, el cambio de configuraci\u00f3n se ha enfocado en el origen de la electricidad, la cual puede ser proveniente de la red nacional espa\u00f1ola o de u<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
