{"id":79775,"date":"2006-05-05T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2006-05-05T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/obtencion-de-pastas-celulosicas-a-partir-de-materias-primas-no-madereras\/"},"modified":"2006-05-05T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2006-05-05T00:00:00","slug":"obtencion-de-pastas-celulosicas-a-partir-de-materias-primas-no-madereras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica-industrial\/obtencion-de-pastas-celulosicas-a-partir-de-materias-primas-no-madereras\/","title":{"rendered":"Obtenci\u00f3n de pastas celul\u00f3sicas a partir de materias primas no madereras"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Antonio Perez Mu\u00f1oz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se pretende la obtenci\u00f3n de pastas de materias primas no madereras (sarmientos de vid, tallos de algodonera, tagasaste y leucaena) utilizando etanol y etilenglicol en las cocciones, el refinado de las pastas crudas obtenidas y su deslignificaci\u00f3n con enzimas y oxigeno, con la finalidad de conseguir pastas competitivas con las convencionales del mercado, pero mediante procesos menos contaminantes que los tradicionales.     se han caracterizado de las diferentes materias primas, determinando los contenidos de holocelulosa, a-celulosa, lignina, cenizas y extra\u00edbles con etanol-banceno.     se ha estudiado de la influencia de las variables del proceso de cocci\u00f3n con los disolventes org\u00e1nicos etanol y etilenglicol (concentraci\u00f3n de disolvente org\u00e1nico, temperatura, tiempo, etc.) Sobre las caracter\u00edsticas de las pastas y de las hojas de papel correspondientes. Igualmente se ha estudiado la influencia de las variables del refinado de las pastas anteriores, sobre las caracter\u00edsticas de las pastas refinadas y de las hojas de papel correspondientes.     finalmente se ha procedido a la deslignificaci\u00f3n de pastas crudas con enzimas y ox\u00edgeno.     teniendo en cuenta los elevados valores del \u00edndice kappa de las pastas crudas de leucaena, tagasaste, sarmientos de vid y tallos de algodonera, obtenidas con disolventes org\u00e1nicos (temperaturas de 180\u00c2\u00bac, tiempo  de 75 minutos y 65% de disolvente y 1500 vueltas en el pfi) y bajas blancuras de las mismas, la aplicabilidad de estos procesos  ha de estar conducida hacia la obtenci\u00f3n de pastas que no han de blanquearse. Por otra parte, a la vista de los peque\u00f1os valores de las propiedades de resistencia de las hojas de papel, las pastas obtenidas han de refinarse adecuadamente antes de su
