Se pretende as\u00edmismo completar e integrar la evaluaci\u00f3n medioambiental con la correspondiente evaluaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, tambi\u00e9n desde una perspectiva de ciclo de vida. Con el objetivo de mostrar la potencial utilidad del acv en est \u00e1mbito, se llevan a cabo dos casos de estudio en los cuales se eval\u00faan diferentes procesos avanzados de oxidaci\u00f3n (paos) para el tratamiento de aguas residuales industriales conteniendo contaminantes org\u00e1nicos persistentes; las tecnolog\u00edas evaluadas son: fotocat\u00e1lisis en fase heterog\u00e9nea, fotocat\u00e1lisis en fase homog\u00e9nea mediante foto-fenton, y ozonizaci\u00f3n. El primer caso de estudio se lleva a cabo a partir de datos a escala de laboratorio, mientras que el segundo se lleva a cabo a partir de datos de planta piloto y planta industrial. Ambos estudios complementan los aspectos medioambientales con la correspondiente evaluaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica. finalmente, a partir de los resultados obtenidos, se lleva a cabo una discusi\u00f3n
