Espec\u00edficamente centramos nuestro inter\u00e9s en la evaluaci\u00f3n y en la innovaci\u00f3n como base fundamental en dicho desarrollo profesional. Metodol\u00f3gicamente se centra en el paradigma cualitativo y en la investigaci\u00f3n-acci\u00f3n usada como estrategia orientada a comprender y mejorar la pr\u00e1ctica educativa, los conocimientos, la comprensi\u00f3n de los docentes de su actividad y las situaciones en las que desarrolla su trabajo profesional. En la concreci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 un diagn\u00f3stico de la situaci\u00f3n focalizado hacia la detecci\u00f3n de las necesidades formativas del profesorado universitario en la universidad de los andes &#8211; t\u00e1chira. Analizada la informaci\u00f3n se elabor\u00f3 un aplic\u00f3 un plan piloto de acci\u00f3n tutorial (ppat) dirigido a los estudiantes cursantes de la asignatura de evaluaci\u00f3n educativa, adscrita al pensum de estudios de la carrera de la educaci\u00f3n.  la acci\u00f3n tutorial experimentada fue valorada en los siguientes \u00e1mbitos: evaluaci\u00f3n del ppat como proceso global en el que interrelacionan todos los aspectos de la acci\u00f3n tutorial, la evaluaci\u00f3n de los aprendizajes y las dificultades de la acci\u00f3n tutorial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
