El ensamblaje entre centros met\u00e1lico y conectores org\u00e1nicos permite el crecimiento de complejos polinucleares, cuya dimensionalidad, topolog\u00eda y composici\u00f3n determinan sus propiedades y funcionalidad.     esta memoria recoge la s\u00edntesis y la caracterizaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, estructural y magn\u00e9tica de veintinueve nuevos compuestos metal-org\u00e1nicos con los ligandos pirazina-2,5-dicarboxilato, pirazina-2,-3-dicarboxilato y pirimidina-4,6-dicarboxilato. La potencial capacidad de estos ligandos para actuar como puente bis-bidentado y su carga-2, les convierte en candidatos adecuados para la s\u00edntesis dirigida de complejos polinucleares discretos e infinitos con metales de transici\u00f3n m(ii). Aem\u00e1s de esta serie de compuestos, se presenta por vez primera la caracterizaci\u00f3n estructural en estado s\u00f3lido de la mol\u00e9cula org\u00e1nica pirimidina-4,6-dicarboxilato en sus formas \u00e1cidas, sal mono\u00e1cida y sal neutra.     finalmente, el trabajo lo completa el estudio de la influencia de diversos factores en la magnitud y naturaleza de la constante de acomplamiento magn\u00e9tico a trav\u00e9s de puentes tipo pirazina o pirimidina, empleando para ello c\u00e1lculos computaciones y un an\u00e1lisis comparativo de los datos experimentales
