Este algoritmo ha sido ideado para resolver problemas de clasificaci\u00f3n donde se requiera cambiar la distribuci\u00f3n original de las clases, y, adem\u00e1s, se desee obtener una explicaci\u00f3n del porqu\u00e9 de la clasificaci\u00f3n realizada. Para ello, el algoritmo se basa en un conjunto de muestras extra\u00eddas de la base de datos original con la t\u00e9cnica de muestreo adecuada y construye un \u00fanico \u00e1rbol de clasificaci\u00f3n, que hemos denominado \u00e1rbol consolidado, como consenso del conocimiento inducido de todas ellas.     varios experimentos han sido realizados para analizar el comportamiento de los \u00e1rboles consolidados en distintos contextos de aplicaci\u00f3n y desde distintos puntos de vista.
