Se describe por vez primera la preparacion de 4-alquil-beta-lactamas mediante desoxigenacion hidrogenolitica de 4-(1-hidroxi)bencil-beta-lactamas en sus formas enantiopuras, asi como la de 4-(alquil)- y 4-(bencil)-n- carboxianhidridos homoquirales.
