Soledad <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis se describe la s\u00edntesis, estudio estructural y reactividad de una amplia variedad de aductos procedentes de la condensaci\u00f3n de aldeh\u00eddos con 2-amino-2-dexoxialdosas (d-glucosamina, d-galactosa-mina, d-manosamina y 2-amino-2-desoxi-d-glicero-l-gluco-heptopiranosa) y aminoalditoles (d-glucamina y n-metil-d-glucamina). se ha estudiado de forma pormenorizada la tautomer\u00eda imina\/enamina, los equilibrios anom\u00e9ricos, el equilibrio de anillo piranosa\/furanosa y los equilibrios conformacionales, empleando t\u00e9cnicas espectorsc\u00f3picas, difracci\u00f3n de rayos-x y c\u00e1lculos semiemp\u00edricos y ab initio y se ha identificado un nuevo efecto estereolectr\u00f3nico originado por el par de electrones del grupo imino. se ha puesto a punto una f\u00e1cil s\u00edntesis de n-acil y n-alquiloxazolidinas quirales a partir de los aminoalditoles y se han preparado diversas aminoaldosas per-o-aciladas, que se han transformado en los correspondientes isocianatos pro reacic\u00f3n con fosgeno o con trifosgeno.
