Esta escala presenta una estructura multidimensional, de hecho, est\u00e1 conformada por 24 atributos a indicadores del servicio que se &#8212; en 4 dimensiones: la m\u00e1s importante, el servicio esencial (la docencia), seguida de los servicios &#8211;, la interfaz del usuario y, finalmente, los servicios complementarios. adem\u00e1s, se ha verificado que, conforme establece la literatura m\u00e1s reciente en la materia las escalas directas, basadas en las percepciones, poseen una mayor capacidad explicativa de la calidad y la satisfacci\u00f3n que la escala disconfirmatorios, tomando como elemento de comparaci\u00f3n el coeficiente de  determinaci\u00f3n r2.
