La mayoria de los problemas analizados en esta tesis son resueltos aplicando la teoria de control clasico y la teoria de control post-moderno. Y, en cada ejemplo de estudio, se hace una comparacion entre ambas tecnicasde control para demostrar la importancia y ventajas del control robusto ht.  como sabemos, la mayoria de los sistemas electronicos de potencia necesitan retroaccion. El dise\u00f1o de las etapas de potencia esta muy influenciado por la necesidad de implementar este con un lazo de retroaccion, siendo realmente imposible considerar la etapa de potencia sin tener en consideracion las necesidades del sistema de control.  el resultado de este trabajo muestra la utilidad de las tecnicas de control optimo y robusto ht, cuando nos enfrentamos a problemas tales como incertidumbres, perturbaciones,nolinealidades, cambios en las condiciones de operaci\u00f3n, distorsion, errores de modelacion, imperfecciones en los dipositivos de medicion, etc. Para sistemas siso de fase minima y con incertidumbres, demostrando que la aplicaci\u00f3n de una compensacion robusta (control post-moderno) es esencial. El ingeniero electronico usualmente combina el conocimiento electronica heuristico con el avanzado, para dise\u00f1ar el equipamiento electronico. sin embargo, no debemos olvidar que estos son sistemas dinamicos y que muchas veces la optimizacion matematica muestra mejores resultados que utilizar la teoria de electronica pura. En esta tesis, el problema de rechazo a las perturbaciones es resuelto satisfactoriamente utilizando.  la teoria de control lineal. Sin esta es imposible resolver el problema de rechazo a las perturbaciones en sistemas electronicos mimo. Esta tesis es una combinacion de las teorias de sistemas electronicos y de sistemas lineales, con su aplicaci\u00f3n para dise\u00f1ar mejores convertidores de conmutacion de
