La tolerancia se valor\u00f3 desde el punto de vista cl\u00ednico e histol\u00f3gico. La formulaci\u00f3n mejor tolerada fue la de nanoc\u00e1psulas con un 2% de pecl, por lo que se eligi\u00f3 esta formulaci\u00f3n para la incorporaci\u00f3n de ciclosporina a (csa) y el desarrollo de la segunda fase.  esta consisti\u00f3 en un estudio de la penetraci\u00f3n de la csa en diferentes estructuras oculares, as\u00ed como en sangre y otros \u00f3rganos de la econom\u00eda, tras las instilaci\u00f3n de nanoc\u00e1psulas con csa al 1%, y compararla con la obtenida a partir de una soluci\u00f3n oleosa de csa al 1%. S\u00f3lo se encontraron niveles sistem\u00e1ticos detectables de csa a las 2 horas en los animales tratados con soluci\u00f3n oleosa.
