Manuela <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las hidrofobinas son proteinas de car\u00e1cter hidrof\u00f3bico que se han encontrado recubriendo las paredes de los hongos. En este trabajo, se han purificado hidrofobinas a partir de diferentes estados del desarrollo como a partir de cuerpos fruct\u00edferos asi como de micelio vegetativo monocari\u00f3tico y dicari\u00f3tico. a partir de cuerpos fruct\u00edferos se ha obtenido una hidrofobina (de clase i) que se ha denominado fbh1. La obtenci\u00f3n de la secuencia amino-terminal de esta hidrofobina nos ha permitido mediante transcripci\u00f3n reversa la obtenci\u00f3n de la secuencia cdna correspondiente al mrna. Este cdna nos ha pemitido la expresi\u00f3n de la hidrofobina en un organismo heter\u00f3logo en escherichia coli. Mediante las t\u00e9cnicas de hibridaci\u00f3n in situ e inmunolocalizaci\u00f3n se pudo comprobar que la expresi\u00f3n del gen fbh1 es uniforme a lo largo de todo el cuerpo fruct\u00edfero a excepci\u00f3n de las laminillas, asi como, que la proteina fbh1 se localiza recubriendo todas las hifas que conforman el cuerpo fructifero. La secuencia gen\u00edmica de fbh1 tambi\u00e9n se ha obtenido y ha permitido la localizaci\u00f3n de 3 secuencias interg\u00e9nicas en la regi\u00f3n codificante asi como una region 5\u00c2\u00bfno transcrita de 667 pares de bases y una region 3\u00c2\u00bfno transcrita de 1020 pares de bases. A partir de micelio vegetativo dicari\u00f3tico y monocari\u00f3tico se han obtenido los cdnas codificantes de 3 hidrofobinas que se han denominado vmh1, vmh2 y vmh3, todas ellas con prioridades pertenecientes a la clase i.
