Jimenez  Tenorio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El ligando hidrotris (pirazolil) borato (tp) presenta bastantes similitudes con los ligandos ciclopentadienilo (cp) y pentametilciclopentadienilo (cp*), sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n existen diferencias notables que van a condicionar la qu\u00edmica de los distintos complejos formados por ellos.  se han sintetizado un buen n\u00famero de nuevos complejos de rutenio conteniendo el ligando hidrotris (pirazolil) borato y distintas fosfinas voluminosas (ipr2pch2ch2pipr2, pet3, pmeipr2) y se ha realizado un estudio comparativo con otros complejos semi-sandwich de este metal conteniendo los ligandos cp y cp*.  el trabajo se ha dividido en dos partes:  &#8211; en la primera se aborda la s\u00edntesis de nuevos cloro e hidruro complejos y se estudia su interacci\u00f3n con mol\u00e9culas peque\u00f1as (h2, n2, co, cnbut, etc.).  &#8211; en la segunda se estudia la reactividad de estas especies frente alquinos y alquinoles, con especial
