Adem\u00e1s, se ha realizado la resoluci\u00f3n del racemico de tres de los hibridos preparados en esta tesis doctoral, habiendose conseguido asignar la configuraci\u00f3n absoluta de estos, mediante el analisis de difracci\u00f3n de r-x de un monocristal del o-yodobenzoato del enantiomero levorrotatorio del hibrido 3-cloro-9-metil-substituido.  los ensayos farmacologicos realizados por el grupo del dr. Badia han mostrado que muchos de estos hibridos son m\u00e1s activos como anticolinester\u00e1sicos que la tacrina y que el enanti\u00f3mero levorrotatorio es siempre el eut\u00f3mero. adem\u00e1s, los calculos de modelitzaci\u00f3n molecular realizdos por el grupo de investigaci\u00f3n del dr.F.J. Luque muestran que estos se comportan como verdaderos hibridos huperzina a-tacrina.  en esta tesis doctoral tambien se ha preparado un analogo de la huperzina a, carente del grupo etilideno, y se ha
