{"id":80306,"date":"1999-05-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-05-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/metabolitos-secundarios-de-origen-marino\/"},"modified":"1999-05-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-05-07T00:00:00","slug":"metabolitos-secundarios-de-origen-marino","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/metabolitos-secundarios-de-origen-marino\/","title":{"rendered":"Metabolitos secundarios de origen marino"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Antonio Hern\u00e1ndez Daranas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se estudia el cel\u00e9ntero zoanthus sp.A partir del cual se aislan e identifican mediante m\u00e9todos espectrosc\u00f3picos una serie de metabolitos, con esqueleto de tipo zoantamina, nuevos en la literatura: 3-hidroxinorzoantamina, 30-hidroxinorzoantamina, 11-hidroxizoantamina, 11-hidroxizoantamina, zoantenol y epioxizoantamina  se observa en estos metabolitos, a trav\u00e9s del intercambio de los hidr\u00f3genos del c-11 por deuterio, la existencia de un equilibrio lactona-enamina.  se establecen las condiciones id\u00f3neas para el cultivo a gran escala del dinoflagelado amphidinium sp.  se estudia el dinoflagelado amphidinium sp. Con el fin de encontrar nuevos metabolitos bioactivos. De dichos estudios se aislan cuatro glicoglirel\u00edpidos, uno de los cuales es nuevo en la biograf\u00eda, constituyendo el \u00fanico ejemplo presente en la literatura con tres grupos acilo.  se optimizan las condiciones experimentales para medir la incorporaci\u00f3n de is\u00f3topos estables en metabolitos secundarios por rmn.  los resultados del experimento biosint\u00e9tico de adici\u00f3n de [2-13cd3] acetato s\u00f3dico apoyan el hecho de que la biog\u00e9nesis del \u00e1cido okadaico debe producirse por el ensamblamiento de precursores cetog\u00e9nicos de origen diverso, hip\u00f3tesis propuesta por nuestro grupo con anterioridad.  estudios noesy y roesy, as\u00ed como la medida de los coeficientes de difusi\u00f3n ponen de manifiesto como el \u00e1cido okadaico complejado disuelto en cdci3 forma un d\u00edmero. En medio acuoso, tanto el \u00e1cido okadaico libre como complejado se encuentran dimerizados.  se comprueba que existe interacci\u00f3n entre el \u00e1cido okadaico y micelas de dpc a partir de la
