Este m\u00e9todo nos permiti\u00f3 llevar a cabo la determinaci\u00f3n de glucosa en suero sanguineo.  3) se logr\u00f3 desplazar la zona espectral de trabajo hacia mayores longitudes de onda a trav\u00e9s de un procedimiento de derivatizaci\u00f3n de enzimas con reactivos fluorescentes, encontrando que es un procedimiento adecuado para enzimas oxidasas. Este procedimiento nos permiti\u00f3 llevar a cabo la determinaci\u00f3n de glucosa y colesterol en muestras de suero sanguineo sin someterlo a ning\u00fan tipo de pretratamiento.  4) finalmente se encontr\u00f3 la idoneidad de la inmovilizaci\u00f3n de las enzimas derivatizadas en soportes de sol-gel para la determinaci\u00f3n de analitos, mostrando que \u00e9ste es un soporte adecuado para la
