{"id":80322,"date":"1999-06-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1999-06-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/procesado-termoquimico-a-baja-temperatura-de-lejias-negras-procedentes-de-la-paja-de-cereal\/"},"modified":"1999-06-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1999-06-07T00:00:00","slug":"procesado-termoquimico-a-baja-temperatura-de-lejias-negras-procedentes-de-la-paja-de-cereal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ingenieria-y-tecnologia-quimicas\/procesado-termoquimico-a-baja-temperatura-de-lejias-negras-procedentes-de-la-paja-de-cereal\/","title":{"rendered":"Procesado termoquimico a baja temperatura de lejias negras procedentes de la paja de cereal."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jos\u00e9 Luis Sanchez Cebrian <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la producci\u00f3n de pasta de papel se obtiene una disoluci\u00f3n denominada lej\u00eda negra que contiene lignina, distintos carbohidratos, los reactivos de digesti\u00f3n y agua. con el fin de aprovechar energ\u00e9ticamente las lej\u00edas se han propuesto distintos procesos. en este trabajo se ha estudiado el procesado termoqu\u00edmico de las lej\u00edas por debajo de la temperatura de fusi\u00f3n de los inorg\u00e1nicos que contienen.  en primer lugar se realiz\u00f3 un estudio de gasificaci\u00f3n en lecho fluidizado.  en una planta piloto de capacidad de 23 kg\/h de lej\u00edas durante la pir\u00f3sis. Se realizaron 23kg\/h de lej\u00edas se realizaron experimentos de estudio de influencia de la temperatura, en el intervalo de 455 a 650 grados c, encontr\u00e1ndose que el caudal de gas aumenta en un factor de 12 en el intervalo estudiado.  debido a un problema de aglomeraci\u00f3n observado se realiz\u00f3 otro estudio en una planta de lecho fluidizado a escala de laboratorio donde se encontr\u00f3 que el aglomerado se produc\u00eda debido al hinchamiento de las lej\u00edas durante la pirolisis. Se realizaron experimentos con n1al2o4 en el lecho como catalizador, encontrando que el rendimiento a gas aumenta y disminuye la formaci\u00f3n de alquitranes.  en un sistema termogravim\u00e9trico se estudi\u00f3 la influencia del ox\u00edgeno como agente reactivo, encontrando que aumenta la velocidad de reacci\u00f3n desde temperaturas tan bajas como 265 grados c.  con el fin de evitar la formaci\u00f3n de aglomerados, se ensay\u00f3 la pirol\u00edsis y combusti\u00f3n en un reactor \u00abspouted bed\u00bb, encontrando que es posible realizar la combusti\u00f3n en este tipo de reactor, siendo imprescindible la presencia de un lecho de arena y un porcentaje m\u00ednimo de ox\u00edgeno en el gas de reacci\u00f3n de un 15%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
