Para ello se analizaron tres l\u00edneas de cerdo ib\u00e9rico, censyra, torbiscal y entrepelado, as\u00ed com cerdos ib\u00e9ricos puros y cruzados con ducoc-jersey al 50%; los cerdos fueron cebados siguiendo los dos sistemas m\u00e1s habituales de engorde de estos cerdos, en montanera y con pienso. Las distintas fracciones lip\u00eddicas estudiadas no fueron afectas de manera notable por las caracter\u00edsticas gen\u00e9ticas de los animales estudiados, mientras que la alimentaci\u00f3n constity\u00f3 el factor principal de modificaci\u00f3n del componente lip\u00eddico. El an\u00e1lisis de los hidrocarburos de la fracci\u00f3n insaponificale perimit\u00f3 identificar un compuesto, identificado como neofitodieno, que s\u00f3lo estuvo presente en las grasa de los
