Inmunohistoqu\u00edmica con anticuerpos anti-renina y anti-angiotensina ii en ovarios de rata y humanos, normales y poliqu\u00edsticos.  2. Cultivos de c\u00e9lulas de la granulosa lute\u00ednica humanas estimuladas con angii y cuantificaci\u00f3n por radioinmunoensayo de las hormonas esteroideas en el medio de cultivo.  3. Inhibici\u00f3n de la ovulaci\u00f3n y maduraci\u00f3n ovocitaria mediante saralasina, inhibidor receptorial de la angii, en ratas inmaduras estimuladas con gonodatrofinas.  4. Identificaci\u00f3n de la apoptosis mediante extracci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis electrofor\u00e9tico del dna y mediante marcaje in situ en la atresia folicular y en el cuerpo luteo.  5. Estudio de la apoptosis en un modelo de rata con ovarios polic\u00edsticos.  el resultado de estos estudios han demostrado que el ovario posee un sistema renina-angiotensina intr\u00ednseco, controlado por las gonodotrofinas hipofisarias. la angiotensina ii explica varias acciones autocrinas y paracrinas en el ovario y puede regular la esteroidog\u00e9nesis ov\u00e1rica tanto a nivel de los fol\u00edculos como a nivel del cuerpo l\u00fateo, sugiriendo un papel de la angiotensina ii en los procesos que conducen a la maduraci\u00f3n de los ovocitos. Por otra parte, se ha demostrado que la apoptosis es el mecanismos b\u00e1sico de la atresia folicular, as\u00ed como en la formaci\u00f3n y regresi\u00f3n del cuerpo
