Distintos autores han estudiado este problema y han desarrollado teorias para solucionarlo.  una de las teorias que m\u00e1s \u00e9xito ha tenido es la de conjuntos aproximados, desarrollada por z.Pawlak. Esta teoria asume que el conocimiento esta constituido por bloques basicos, y su finalidad es la de clasificar informaci\u00f3n. El problema es que no permite la generaci\u00f3n de reglas de decisi\u00f3n con un error asociado (incertidumbre). Como una extensi\u00f3n de esta teoria w. Ziarko desarroll\u00f3 el modelo de conjuntos aproximados con precisi\u00f3n variable, que permite su aplicaci\u00f3n a problemas no deterministas.  partiendo de los estudios de w. Ziardo, esta tesis propone un modelo que permite reducir un sistema causal. Para ello, se redifinen los conceptos necesarios del modelo de conjuntos aproximados de pawlak, permitiendo la introducci\u00f3n de incertidumbre tanto a nivel de bloques constitutivos del conocimiento, como a nivel de clasificaci\u00f3n. As\u00ed, se consigue la generaci\u00f3n de reglas de decisi\u00f3n m\u00e1s fuertes, en el sentido de que, clasifican m\u00e1s objetos y hay menos atributos como antecedentes.
