Gema <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha procedido al estudio del proceso de degradaci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gica de aguas residuales con elevado contenido en fenol y compuestos fen\u00f3licos, mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de una cepa del microorganismo pseudomona putida atcc 17484.  el estudio se ha llevado a cabo en dos etapas diferenciadas.  en primer lugar se utiliz\u00f3 agua residual sint\u00e9tica. Se oper\u00f3 en discontinuo a peque\u00f1a escala para fijar las caracter\u00edsticas fundamentales del proceso: ph, formulaci\u00f3n del in\u00f3culo, influencia de la aclimitaci\u00f3n previa del microorganismo y concentraci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima capaz de ser degradada. Posteriormente, se desarroll\u00f3 la operaci\u00f3n en continuo y, a mayor escala, analizando la influencia de la carga de alimentaci\u00f3n y de la velocidad de diluci\u00f3n. El an\u00e1lisis cin\u00e9tico de los datos indic\u00f3 que el modelo de haldane (inhibici\u00f3n por sustrato) es representativo de la biodegradaci\u00f3n.  el trabajo se complet\u00f3 utilizando agua residual industrial procedente de la fabricaci\u00f3n de resinas fen\u00f3licas, utilizando una metodolog\u00eda similar a la anteriormente desarrollada: operaci\u00f3n en discontinuo para seleccionar las variables de operaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s adecuadas y operaci\u00f3n en continuo, para obtener el caudal y carga de alimentaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptimos que proporcionaran un efluente cuyas caracter\u00edsticas se ajustaran a legislaci\u00f3n, tal que pueda realizarse directamente su vertido.  los resultados obtenidos con el agua residual industrial indicaron que el proceso de degradaci\u00f3n era \u00f3ptimo a ph 6.6, 30 grados c, in\u00f3culo obtenido de mezcla de fenol comercial y agua residual industrial, pudi\u00e9ndose conseguir la eliminaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1cticamente completa de fenol de hasta 2000 ppm, y capacidades de degradaci\u00f3n de 0.5 g.(L reactor) -1.D-1.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Degradacion biologica de aguas residuales con elevado contenido en fenol mediante pseudomonas putida. operacion en reactores de tanque agitado y lecho fluidizado.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Degradacion biologica de aguas residuales con elevado contenido en fenol mediante pseudomonas putida. operacion en reactores de tanque agitado y lecho fluidizado. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Herrera Teresa M.
