Asun <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha estudiado comparativamente la interaccion de los acil-coa y las acilcarnitinas con fosfolipidos. Para ello se han empleado una variedad de tecnicas biofisicas: la balanza de langmuir, la turbidometria, la espectroscopia de infrarrojo y la calorimetria diferencial de barrido.
