Nuestra propuesta se basa en entender la t\u00e9cnica de monte carlo cl\u00e1sica a estos neuvos dipsotivos. Para ello desarrollaremos un nuevo formulismo basado en trayectorias de bohn asociadas a paquetes de ondas dependientes del tiempo. En particular se han estudiado los diodos tunel resoante (dtr), unos dipositivos electr\u00f3nicos con una rica fenomenolog\u00eda cuantica.  el trabajo de la tesis se ha desdoblado en dos partes diferenciadas. por un lado las simulaicones de las caracter\u00edsticas i-v de varios rtd muestranla viabilidad num\u00e9rica de neustra propuesta. El trabajo tambi\u00e9n demuestra que neustra porpuesta permite obtener soluciones de la &#8212; de liouville con un m\u00e9todo muy intuitivo (i.E. En clara analog\u00eda con el monte carlo clasico y la ecuaci\u00f3n de boltzman.)  en nuestro propuesto los mecanismo de \u00abscotering\u00bb pueden introducirse con el mismo vigor que otras
