En esta agrupaci\u00f3n se encuentran: dos genes implicados en las ultimas etapas de la biosintesis de la dtdp-lramnosa (rmlc y rmld), una ramnosil transferasa (wbbl), una glucosil transferasa (wbba) y dos genes (wzm, wzt) que constituyen un transportador de tipo abc-2. Esta organizaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9tica esta de acuerdo con la estructura de la unidad de repetici\u00f3n del antigeno o4[l-ramnosa a1-4-d-glucosa].
