Podemos destacar: una ecuaci\u00f3n anal\u00edtica que facilita la obtenci\u00f3n de los datos [x,f(x)] con un error relativo m\u00e1ximo de s\u00f3lo un 0.3%; una nueva ecuaci\u00f3n de an\u00e1lisis de las ondas polarogr\u00e1ficas; un programa inform\u00e1tico, top 1.0, para windows 95\/98, que facilita la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ecuaci\u00f3n anteriorm una metodolog\u00eda para el an\u00e1lisis de sistema coordinados de baja estabilidad; ecuaciones generalizadas para la determinaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica de constantes de estabilidad de complejos mixtos; una metodolog\u00eda para el estudio de sistemas coordinados ion met\u00e1lico-amino\u00e1cido; cuantificaci\u00f3n del car\u00e1cter aparente de las constantes de estabilidad y magnitudes termodin\u00e1micas obtenidas cuando se ajusta la fuerza i\u00f3nica con electrolitos d\u00e9bilmente complejantes; formulaci\u00f3n de una pr\u00e1ctica de laboratorio para el estudio polarogr\u00e1fico de sistemas coordinados; diversos programas infrom\u00e1ticos para el establecimiento de las condiciones experimentales adecuadas; un nuevo m\u00e9todo de calibrado de los electrodos combinados de ph; determinaci\u00f3n de constantes de acidez; etc&#8230;  hemos aplicado todo lo anteriormente expuesto a varios sistemas coordinados de gran inter\u00e9s biol\u00f3gico y\/o b\u00e1sico, que incluyen metales como el pb(ii), zn(ii) y cd(ii), y ligandos como la glicina(gly), alanina(ala), valina (val), leucina(leu),isoleucina(ile), histidina(his), nitrato y oxalato. realizamos los estudios en condiciones fisiol\u00f3gicas y\/o 25\u00c2\u00ba
