{"id":80475,"date":"2018-03-10T00:04:11","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:04:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/procesos-de-imanacion-en-laminas-y-multicapas-con-anisotropa%c2%adas-magneticas-competitivas\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:04:11","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:04:11","slug":"procesos-de-imanacion-en-laminas-y-multicapas-con-anisotropa%c2%adas-magneticas-competitivas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/procesos-de-imanacion-en-laminas-y-multicapas-con-anisotropa%c2%adas-magneticas-competitivas\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abprocesos de imanaci\u00f3n en l\u00e1minas y multicapas con anisotrop\u00edas magn\u00e9ticas competitivas\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Luis Manuel Alvarez Prado <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis doctoral se han analizado tres sistemas con anisotropias magn\u00e9ticas competitivas:i)l\u00e1minas amorfas de fe0,71 si 0,29 que presentan anisotrop\u00eda uni\u00e1xica perpendicular al plano de la muestra:kn,ii)bicapas de fe11 ni89 e yco2 crecidasde manera que las anisotropias de cada capa son perpendiculares, iii) tricapa de yco2\/gdco2\/yco2 con competici\u00f3n de la interaci\u00f3n ferromagn\u00e9tica entre los cobaltos de las tres capas y la interacci\u00f3n antiferromagn\u00e9tica entre el gd y el co en la capa de gdco2.  se ha construido un modelo micromagn\u00e9tico de los dominios magn\u00e9ticos de banda, tipicos en laminas con kn. Se ha obtenido un valor de kn del orden de 10-6.5.10  erg\/cc y una constante de canje de 3.10  erg\/cm.. Se ha constatado que la anisotrop\u00eda perpendicular no est\u00e1 localizada en las intercaras. se ha construido un modelo para explicar el comportamiento de la susceptibilidad transversal inicial, reconocida t\u00e9cnica de medida cuantitativa de anisotrop\u00edas magn\u00e9ticas.  se han fabricado bicapas en aleaciones de fe 11 ni 89(policristalino) e yco2(amorfo). Se ha constatado una mejor definici\u00f3n de la anisotrop\u00eda de la segunda capa en las l\u00e1minas policristalinas. Las bicapas policristalinas m\u00e1s delgadas tienen un comportamiento global puede ser descrito por suma de t\u00e9rminos uni\u00e1xico y bi\u00e1xico. Cuando el espesor de la bicapa es grueso se forma una pared magn\u00e9tica a lo largo del espesor y cada capa evoluciona siguiendo el eje f\u00e1cil inducido propio. En las l\u00e1minas amorfas la incidencia oblicua del cobalto es m\u00e1s efectiva que la incidencia perpendicular a la hora de crear la anisotrop\u00eda en el segundo dep\u00f3sito. Cuando el segundo dep\u00f3sito se hace progresivamente m\u00e1s grueso, se observa un cambio en el valor de su campo de anisotrop\u00eda efectivo.  en la tricapa ferrimagn\u00e9tica se ha encontrado la existencia de dos estados. ambos exhiben una pared de tipo bloch a trav\u00e9s del espesor pero los valores del cambio de \u00e1ngulo en la<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
