En el primer cap\u00edtulo se discute la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los productos intermedios en la s\u00edntesis de antibi\u00f3tico, azitromicina mediante t\u00e9cnicas de detecci\u00f3n inversa de 13 c.  en el segundo cap\u00edtulo se procede a la identificaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de los intermedios de la reacci\u00f3n entre vinil-carbenos de fischer y 4-amino-1-azadienos en un estudio que engloba a los n\u00facleos de 1h, 13c, 15n y 183w.  el tercer cap\u00edtulo se divide en dos apartados. En el primero se analizan los resultados de las caracterizaci\u00f3n del n\u00facleo met\u00e1lico de 183w en complejos alquenil-carbino. En la segunda parte se identifican las distintas especies generadas en la reacci\u00f3n de oxipiridin-ciclotrifosfacenos con w(co)5. La informaci\u00f3n clave se obtiene de los datos de 183 w rmn.
