Polymorpha. Utilizando vectores de expresi\u00f3n no regulables por la fuente nitrogenada y fusiones de regiones 5\u00c2\u00bfno codificantes de los genes nitrato reductasa(ynr1) y nitrito reductasa(yni1), fusionadas al gen reportero lacz, se concluye que la regulaci\u00f3n de la nitrato reductasa es fundamentalmente a nivel de la transcripci\u00f3n y que las fuentes de nitr\u00f3geno reducidas no poseen efecto postranscripcional sobre el arnm,prote\u00edna o actividad nitrato reductosa. Sin embargo, existe una inactivaci\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna en ausencia de fuente de carbono. La nitrito reductasa, tambi\u00e9n se regula fundamentalmente, a nivel de la transcripci\u00f3n.  adem\u00e1s se ha realizado la expresi\u00f3n heter\u00f3loga del gen nia2, que codifica la nitrato reductosa de n.Tabacum bajo el control de tres promotores diferentes, en una cepa de h. Plymorpha mutante para el gen ynr1. Para ello, se construy\u00f3 un nuevo vector de expresi\u00f3n con las secuencias promotra y terminadora del gen ynr1, obteni\u00e9ndose un nivel de expresi\u00f3n similar a una cepa silvestre, cuando se expresa el gen nia2 bajo el control del promotor del gen ynr1 de h.
