Sirven de fundamentos para la propuesta de un dise\u00f1o operativo de \u00abherramienta inform\u00e1tica\u00bb que como resultado se describe y aporta en una alternativa, para susanar las carencia que en el complejo entramado del control maritimo -portuario del estado espa\u00f1ol existe.
