Mar\u00eda Del Rosario Solera Del R\u00edo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han determinado la concentraci\u00f3n de los principales grupos bacterianos responsables de la degradaci\u00f3n anaerobia de la materia org\u00e1ncia, mediante procedimientos de recuento bacteriano directo e indirecto.  se ha caracterizado los principales grupos bactecianos presentan en los sistemas monoetapa y de fases separadas.  se ha correlacionado las t\u00e9cnicas de recuento propuestas en este trabajo con la utilizada tradicionalmente de determiaci\u00f3n de biomasa y se ha comprobado que esta \u00faltima no es representativa de los grupos minoritartios contenidos en los sistemas.  adem\u00e1s, se ha determinado la actividad de la poblaci\u00f3n principales con respecto a la concentraci\u00f3n determinada para la misma.  la relaci\u00f3n entre estas actividades depende tanto del tipo de tecnolog\u00eda utilizada como del tiempo de retenci\u00f3n impuesto al que la
