Se obtienen muestras de tejido hep\u00e1tico en tres momentos relevantes del trasplante: en el donante, inmediatamente antes de la reperfusi\u00f3n y a los cinco minutos de la misma. Se determina la concentraci\u00f3n de glutati\u00f3n reducido (gsh) y oxidado (gssg) mediante hplc y los niveles de estr\u00e9s oxidativo, es decir, de \u00e1cido malondialdehido (mda) producto final de la lipoperoxidaci\u00f3n, 2,7 difluoresce\u00edna diacetato (dcf) que mide la producci\u00f3n de radicales libres derivados del ox\u00edgeno, asimismo se valora el cociente gsh\/gssg. La funci\u00f3n precoz del injerto se calcula mediante un baremo semicuantitativo, dividiendose en dos grupos:  grupo i (disfunci\u00f3n m\u00ednima y moderada)  grupo ii (disfunci\u00f3n severa).  resultados  la concentraci\u00f3n de gsh disminuye a lo largo del estudio. Seg\u00fan los grupos de funci\u00f3n precoz del injerto hep\u00e1tico, no existen diferencias en la concentraci\u00f3n de gsh entre ambos grupos, aunque la de gssg es m\u00e1s baja en el grupo ii. No exiten diferencias en los niveles del mda ni de la dcf.  conclusiones  las condiciones cl\u00ednicas en las que se realiza el trasplante hep\u00e1tico en el hombre hacen que el estr\u00e9s oxidativo sea casi inexistente y que no se pueda constatar el papel te\u00f3ricamente protector del glutati\u00f3n en la lesi\u00f3n por isquemia-reperfusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
