Este m\u00e9todo es aplicado al seguimiento de la interacci\u00f3n estreptavidina-biotina.  adem\u00e1s, se pone a punto otro m\u00e9todo voltamperom\u00e9trico indirecto m\u00e1s sensible para controlar esta reacci\u00f3n. Este m\u00e9todo se basa en la electrodeposici\u00f3n de plata que es catalizada por el oro coloidal.  se proponen los mecanismo electr\u00f3dicos que controlan los
