El estudio de la formaci\u00f3n de fases sensoras ha sido llevado a cabo mediante la adsorci\u00f3n directa de inmunoglobulinas marcadas con fosfatase alcina sobre la superficie electr\u00f3dica. La detecci\u00f3n de dicha adsorci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo empleando diferentes sustratos enzim\u00e1ticos. Se puso de manifiesto que este proceso se ve fuertemente favorecido cuando el electrodo es sometido previamente a potenciales oxidantes en medios acuosos adecuados. Adem\u00e1s, la aplicaci\u00f3n del mismo tratamiento electr\u00f3dico una vez realizado un ensayo permiti\u00f3 la eliminaci\u00f3n de la capa proteica formada y la reutilizaci\u00f3n del mismo soporte electr\u00f3dico para la formaci\u00f3n de fases inmunosensoras en determinaciones sucesivas, de manera muy sencilla y reproducible. Los resultados obtenidos en el estudio del proceso de adsorci\u00f3n de inmunoglobulinas se aplicaron al dise\u00f1o de diferentes inmunosensores voltamperom\u00e9tricos para la cuantificaci\u00f3n de
