Niveles de dificultad especificos para la iniciaci\u00f3n.  2. Ejercicios obligatorios de manos libres.  3. Normas especificas de valoraci\u00f3n.  despues de la aplicaci\u00f3n de las propuestas en las competiciones hemos observado cambios positivos en la composici\u00f3n, en la ejecuci\u00f3n y en la
