La reacci\u00f3n de estos radicales con olefinas elextr\u00f3lafilas dio lugar a los correspondientes productos polifuncionalizados en un solo paso de reacci\u00f3n. Es de destacar que los tere-butil pudieron ser transformados enlos correspondientes tioles funcionalizados.  en el segundo  cap\u00edtulo se describe la preparaci\u00f3n de compuestos organol\u00edticos b-y  y ox\u00edgeno y nitr\u00f3genofuncionalizdos, a partir de los correspondientes fenil tio\u00e9teres, por intercambio de azufre-litio. Como  agente de litiaci\u00f3n se usa un exceso de litio y una cantidad catal\u00edtica de un areno. La reacci\u00f3n de estos compuestos orgnol\u00edticos con electr\u00f3filos gener\u00f3 alcoholes y aminas regioselectivamente funcionalizadas.  en el tercer cap\u00edtulo se estudia la aplicaci\u00f3n en s\u00edntesis org\u00e1nica de fenil vinil tio\u00e9ter (fenilsulfanil)metano como precursores de sintones politiados.
