{"id":8068,"date":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/1995\/01\/01\/ritmo-diurno-de-actividad-aminopeptidasa-cerebral\/"},"modified":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1995-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"ritmo-diurno-de-actividad-aminopeptidasa-cerebral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/ritmo-diurno-de-actividad-aminopeptidasa-cerebral\/","title":{"rendered":"Ritmo diurno de actividad aminopeptidasa cerebral"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Bego\u00f1a Sanchez Horrillo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un mecanismo esencial para la regulacion de neuropeptidos es su inactivacion a traves de la accion de diversos enzimas proteoliticos, entre ellos, las aminopeptidasas.  con el fin de investigar un posible modelociclico de actividad, con eventuales diferencias interhemisfericas, asi como la posible influencia de las condiciones de luz ambientales, hemos realizado un estudio bilateral de la actividad de leucina, arginina y piroglutamato aminopeptidas, utilizando: leucil- arginil y piroglutamil- -naftilamida como sustratos, en las diferentes estructuras que integran el circuito foto neuroendocrino, asi como en otras posiblemente relacionadas.  hemos obtenido los siguientes resultados:  1. La actividad de leuap muestra variaciones significativas a lo largo de un ciclo de 12h luz y 12h oscuridad en re, hta, ha y pi.  2. La actividad de argap muestra variaciones significativas a lo largo de un ciclo de 12h luz y 12h oscuridad en re, hta, htp, co, ha y pi.  3. La actividad de pgluap muestra variaciones significativas a lo largo de un ciclo de 12h luz y 12h oscuridad en re, hta, htp, co, gsc, ha y hip.  4. La actividad aminopeptidasica a determinadas horas de los periodos de luz y oscuridad manifiesta una distribucion asimetrica en re y hta. Las condiciones ambientales son determinantes en la aparicion de la asimetria.  5. Los niveles de actividad aminopeptidasica se ven condicionados por la luz y la oscuridad ambientales y por las caracteristicas y el ritmo en el que se suceden los periodos de luz-oscuridad establecidos.  6. El modelo ciclico fisiologico de actividad aminopeptidasica obtenido con 12 h luz y 12h oscuridad se distorsiona cuando a los animales se les somete a luz-oscuridad
