{"id":80702,"date":"2018-03-10T00:04:27","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:04:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/caracterizacion-productiva-de-las-variedades-del-cerdo-iberico-como-base-para-su-conservacion\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:04:27","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:04:27","slug":"caracterizacion-productiva-de-las-variedades-del-cerdo-iberico-como-base-para-su-conservacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-tecnologicas\/caracterizacion-productiva-de-las-variedades-del-cerdo-iberico-como-base-para-su-conservacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Caracterizacion productiva de las variedades del cerdo iberico como base para su conservacion."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Cecilio Barba Capote <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se aborda la caracterizaci\u00f3n productiva de las variedades del cerdo ib\u00e9rico entre tres periodos fisiol\u00f3gicos diferentes: fase antemorten predestete, desde el nacimiento hasta el destete; fase antemorten postdestete, comprendiendo los periodos de premontanera y montanera, y fase postmonten o de rendimientos en matadero.  para ello se analizaron un total de 4485 animales procedentes de 28 ganader\u00edas diferentes incluidas en el n\u00facleo de control de rendimientos de la asociaci\u00f3n de criadores de porcino selecto de tronco ib\u00e9rico (aeceriber) y pertenecientes a 7 variedades distintas: retinto, entrepelado, mamellado, silvela, portugu\u00e9s, torbiscal y lampi\u00f1o.  de los resultados obtenidos se concluye una clara diferenciaci\u00f3n productiva de las distintas variedades del cerdo ib\u00e9rico encontrando especializaciones productivas en todas ellas, si bien podemos destacar la especializaci\u00f3n de la variedad portugu\u00e9s en el perido predestete, al presentar los mejora crecimientos en esta fase productiva; y de las variedades lampi\u00f1o y torbiscal que sobresalen especialmente por su comportamiento en los periodos de premontanera y m\u00f1ontanera respectivamente.
