{"id":80722,"date":"2018-03-10T00:04:27","date_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:04:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-sintetico-de-onchidina-a-onchidina-b-y-sistemas-relacionados\/"},"modified":"2018-03-10T00:04:27","modified_gmt":"2018-03-10T00:04:27","slug":"estudio-sintetico-de-onchidina-a-onchidina-b-y-sistemas-relacionados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/estudio-sintetico-de-onchidina-a-onchidina-b-y-sistemas-relacionados\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio sint\u00e9tico de onchidina a, onchidina b y sistemas relacionados"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Miryam Fern\u00e1ndez Suarez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente trabajo se realiz\u00f3 un estudio sint\u00e9tico de dos cilodecadepsip\u00e9ptidos, orquidina a y onquidina b, aislados de un organismo marino y con interesantes actividades citot\u00f3xicas.  en este estudio se realiz\u00f3 la sintesis encentio selectiva de los 4 posibles diastercis\u00f3neros, del \u00e1cido 3-hidroxi-2-metil, 7-octinoico, b-hidroxi\u00e1cido consituyente del cilodepsip\u00e9ptido onquidina b y que permiti\u00f3 establecer su configuraci\u00f3n absoluta en el compuesto natural.Asimismo se sintetizar\u00f3n de forma enctio selectiva los &#8212;  &#8212; (2r, 3r) y (25,35) del \u00e1cido 3-amino-2-metil-f-octinoico, b-amino\u00e1cido consituiyente de la orquidina a.  posteriormente se abord\u00f3 la s\u00edntesis de onquilina b. Se ensayaron varias rutas sint\u00e9ticas de orquidina b.
